This Pho is my grandma special recipe. I remember the first time that she taught me to cook it when i was 11 years old. She carefully chooses 13 spices to simmer with fresh beef bone in 16 hours to make an intense beef flavour soup. The noodle is also handmade from the best fresh rice.
When the Pho is ready to eat, She gave me a perfect way to enjoy the bowl of Pho by adding bean sprout, basil, a squeeze of lemon and accompaniment with dipping sauces: hoisin sauce and chilly sauce.
That is the unerasable memory in my mind. I wish you have the perfect bowl of Pho as I had from my grandma.
